Terms of Service

These terms govern your purchase of the Book-a-Call Funnel Build (the "Service") from M.Wolf Media & Marketing LLC, dba Provision Digital ("we", "us"). By purchasing, you agree to them.

1. What you're buying

A one-time, done-for-you build that includes: one custom landing page, four ad graphics with matching ad copy, pixel and conversion tracking installation, lead routing setup (calendar link, phone, or email), hosting, and a recorded launch walkthrough. Ad management, ad spend, and ongoing marketing services are not included.

2. Your responsibilities

• Complete the build intake form. Our 5-business-day delivery window starts when we receive your completed intake.
• Provide accurate business information and materials you have the right to use (logo, photos, reviews).
• Review deliverables and request revisions within the 14-day revision window.

3. Delivery and revisions

We deliver your funnel for review within 5 business days of receiving your completed intake. You then have 14 days of unlimited reasonable revisions. Revisions are refinements to the delivered funnel, not a rebuild for a different business, offer, or niche.

4. Ownership and hosting

Once delivered and paid for, the landing page content and ad graphics we produce for you are yours. We host your funnel at no extra charge; you may request the source files or move it to your own domain or hosting at any time.

5. Lead guarantee

We guarantee your funnel will generate high-quality leads for your business when you run advertising traffic to it. The guarantee works like this: if you run ads to your funnel and it does not produce qualified leads, we will rework the funnel and graphics at no charge until it does. If after that rework it still does not produce, you get a full refund. The guarantee requires that you actually send ad traffic to the funnel; it does not apply to a funnel that never received visitors, and it covers lead generation, not revenue, closed jobs, or any specific cost per lead.

6. Refunds

See our Refund Policy. In short: full refund before the build starts, unlimited revisions after delivery, a full refund if we miss our delivery obligation, and the lead guarantee above.

7. Limitation of liability

Our total liability for any claim arising out of the Service is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost profits or ad spend.
